Italian food

Our favourite italian food is pasta.
There are some types of pasta: with diferents colours
and many forms.
The pasta has proteins and it's good for our body.
We love pasta with tomato, meat, scum...





Our favourite desserts is Tiramisu.
It's a sponge cake coffee, liqueur, Mascarpone cheese,
sugar, vanilla and chocolate.
We like tiramisu because we love very much chocolate and coffee.



Traditional catalan food

The most traitional catalan food is bread with tomato .
More catalans eat that with oil and sausage.
Usually we eat bread with tomato to dinner.
It's easy to preparate and it's very delicious.




Another traditional food is potato omelette but there 're many types: with asparagus, ham, tuna...
To prepareted this we only use:
-potatos.
-onion.
-eggs.
-salt.
It's very easy to preparete and tasty.





A dessert very traditional is call "cream catalana".
To preparet we use:
-milk.
-sugar.
-cinnamon.
-peel lemon.
-sugar to burn the cream.
Her color is yellow and the sugar to burn is brown.

Carnival

Carnival is celebrated on February. This year, it was on Friday, 1st, Saturday, 2nd and Sunday, 3rd.
We went to Roses.
We disguised as whitches.
In Carnival we danced and we sang. We stayed with our friends.
In Carnival a lot of people disguised and put on make up which imitated animals or film characters. And people marched in a decorated car.
We like Carnival because it is a very funny party and we go out with our friends.
We like it much because we dance.
It was fantastic!
